We schedule a date and time into our working calendar each month for each client. When your slot comes up we contact you to prompt for any content or changes, or make those you may have already sent through.

Of course! From time to time clients have new products or services about to launch, then realise they don’t appear on their website - aaaugh! No problem, our team will jump straight onto it and get your site up to date in no time.

Now and then, this isn't an issue - we are not small print people and can be quite flexible you know. However, should your site regularly require more time than we've allocated within your chosen maintenance package, we will recommend an upgrade to another package as appropriate.

Some requests for programming work or flash animation would definitely fall outside of the terms of the entry level maintenance contracts we offer and so we would either quote for these on a one-off basis or suggest an upgrade to a more suitable package.

When you take out a maintenance contract with FAT promotions, we will provide you with written details of what's included within this, how many pages we'll update, how long we can spend on it and the date each month when you can expect us to pester you if you haven't sent any updates through!
