Workshop / Webinar Booking Terms and Conditions
1. Booking and Payment
1.1 A place at the Workshop / Webinar is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
1.2 All bookings are personal to the named attendee and may not be transferred without prior written consent.
2. Right to Refuse or Withdraw Entry
2.1 We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to refuse or withdraw admission to any individual whose presence we reasonably believe may:
- Disrupt the event
- Compromise the commercial interests of the organiser
- Create a conflict of interest
- Affect the safety, comfort or experience of other attendees
2.2 Where entry is refused or withdrawn under this clause and payment has already been made, a full refund of the ticket price will be issued.
2.3 The refund of the ticket price shall be the sole and exclusive remedy in such circumstances. No additional compensation, expenses, losses or damages will be payable.
3. Cancellation by the Organiser
3.1 We reserve the right to cancel, postpone or reschedule the Workshop / Webinar due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, venue issues, low attendance, force majeure events, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3.2 In the event of cancellation, attendees will be offered:
- A transfer of their booking to a future Workshop / Webinar date; or
- A full refund of the ticket price.
3.3 The refund of the ticket price shall be the organiser’s total liability. We shall not be responsible for any travel, accommodation or other consequential costs.
4. Attendee Cancellation
4.1 If you cancel your place more than 14 days before the event, you may request a transfer to a future date (subject to availability).
4.2 Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable, except at our discretion.
5. Conduct
5.1 Attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully.
5.2 We reserve the right to remove any attendee from the event without refund if their behaviour is disruptive, inappropriate or breaches these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All Workshop / Webinar materials, content and training are the intellectual property of the organiser and may not be recorded, reproduced, distributed or shared without prior written consent.
6.2 Audio or video recording of the Workshop / Webinar is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorised.
7. Liability
7.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability which cannot be excluded under UK law.
7.2 Subject to clause 7.1, our total liability in connection with the Workshop / Webinar shall be limited to the ticket price paid.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
