  • Tone of voice and imagery – removed corporate clichés (no “piles of money” stock images), instead using people-focused photography to emphasise the firm’s approachable nature.
  • SEO and visibility – dedicated customer profile pages, optimised with keywords and phrases based on real client challenges, to improve search rankings.
