Online Workshop Booking Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

1.1 Access to the online, on-demand workshop is granted only once full payment has been received.

1.2 By purchasing access, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.

1.3 By purchasing, you expressly agree that access to the digital content will begin immediately and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

1.4 All purchases are final. No refunds, cancellations or exchanges will be provided.


2. Access and Licence to Use

2.1 The workshop is provided as pre-recorded, on-demand content for individual use by the named purchaser only.

2.2 A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence is granted to access and use the workshop and accompanying materials for your own internal business use only.

2.3 Login details must not be shared. The organiser reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where unauthorised sharing is suspected.

2.4 Access is granted for the period specified at the time of purchase (or indefinitely if no time limit is stated).

2.5 The organiser reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or discontinue access to the workshop or any part of its content at any time, without liability. No lifetime access is implied unless expressly stated at the point of purchase.

2.6 Where access is withdrawn under clause 2.5, no refund or compensation will be payable.


3. Commercial Use and Competitor Restriction

3.1 This workshop is a commercial training product designed for business owners and professionals seeking to apply the content within their own organisation.

3.2 Purchase or access for the purpose of copying, extracting, reverse-engineering or using the content to create competing products or services is strictly prohibited.

3.3 You may not create derivative works, training programmes, frameworks or materials based on the workshop content for commercial use.

3.4 The organiser reserves the right, at their reasonable discretion, to refuse or revoke access where a conflict of interest or misuse is identified.

3.5 Where access is revoked under this clause, no refund will be payable.


4. Intellectual Property and Content Protection

4.1 All workshop content, including videos, materials, frameworks, methodologies and the accompanying workbook, remains the intellectual property of FAT Promotions Ltd.

4.2 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, display, perform, or commercially exploit any part of the workshop without prior written consent.

4.3 Recording, downloading (where not expressly permitted), screen capturing or sharing the content is strictly prohibited.

4.4 You may not use the organiser’s name, brand, frameworks or materials for marketing, training or promotional purposes without prior written consent.

4.5 Unauthorised use may result in immediate termination of access and may give rise to legal action.

The accompanying workbook is provided as part of your workshop access and is protected by copyright:

7.2 Subject to clause 7.1, the organiser’s total liability in connection with the workshop shall be limited to the amount paid for access.


8. Technical Access

8.1 The organiser will take reasonable steps to ensure the workshop is accessible; however, uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed.

8.2 The organiser is not responsible for access issues caused by the user’s device, internet connection or third-party platforms.


9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts..
