First you get in touch - the easy part! Our job from that point on is make sure it stays easy and that's why we're here to guide you every step of the way.

From an initial meeting to determine your needs and make a few suggestions as to how to add that little extra sparkle to the project, we then get together for a good chat with the team to see if there are any other crazy ideas we can throw into the mix. We then come back to you with a comprehensive quote for the complete project, with itemised sections for any optional extras and ongoing costs - giving you a clear idea from day one as to what you need to budget for and what you can expect to see.

If you like our price (and we pride ourselves on giving real value for money), we ask for an initial deposit before presenting you with a proposed sitemap and schedule of works - clearly detailing when you can expect deliverables from us and when we'll need your input at each stage. We include two sets of Author's Corrections as standard but are happy to offer tweaks and adjustments as the project progresses; after all it is often only once a project is underway that the best ideas pop up.

Having invoiced an instalment payment midway through the project (helping you to spread your investment), we then launch the site into a secure testing environment and test thoroughly before completing a series of quality control checks and setting it live on our dedicated host server. We then schedule any future updates (if you have chosen to take out a maintenance contract) and issue the final paperwork.

At all stages you are kept updated and informed, plus we welcome any queries you may have, however daft you may think they are! We pride ourselves on our friendly customer service and really want you to be delighted with the result. After all, if your site does well, we do well - it's a win win!
