How easy is it to get started?
If you can use Word, you can use this system. You can choose to use Simple or Advanced mode (depending on your comfort zone!) and the system will guide you through step by step. There's also an online Help library of regular questions, online video tutorials and we send you a PDF user manual when the account is created. Simples.
Do you provide the mailing lists?
Afraid not. Due to Data Protection Act implications you are legally obliged to ensure that you have permission from the recipient to add their email address to your mailing list and that they can choose to remove it at any time. Our automated management system ensures that anyone opting out cannot be inadvertedly added back in at a later date unless they personally choose to re-subscribe.
Can I set up automated responses?
Oh yes. You can configure your system so that anyone subscribing automatically receives the latest issue of your regular newsletter, or you can set Triggers within your email newsletters. These mean that anyone clicking a particular link in your email will automatically be sent a subsequent email in accordance with your preferences. For example, you send someone some information they requested and they click through to your website to read more. The FATmail system recognises this and automatically sends them a second email 3 days later to follow up. Automating your sales process and saving you precious time.
Can I see who read / opened / binned my emails?
Measuring the return on your investment is a huge part of the FATmail system. You can see who clicked each email, whether they clicked links in it, if they forwarded it to a friend, if their spam software blocked it - a whole range of information. Clear graph reports show how successful your campaigns are and can help us to work with you to identify how to maximise response and results from your mailings.
Do I need to install any software?
Nope, the FATmail system runs entirely web-based so you don't need to purchase or install any additional software to use it. This gives you tremendous flexibility, being able to create, edit and send newsletters from any internet connected PC (or Mac for the fashionable ones among us!) using an ordinary internet browser. You can also log in to check results or schedule future mailings to be sent out from your home based office or different workplace location.
